	It's a legal requirement to provide a BER Certificate with Advisory Report in respect of ANY property offered For Sale or To Let on or after 1st January 2009 All our BER Certificates are valid for 10 years Landlords: It will be necessary to provide a Building Energy Rating certificate (BER) for every House or Apartment that is to be Let, Leased, Rented or Sold. This certificate must not be more than ten years old. *Energy Rating Certs .ie* can assist landlords in complying with this requirement.
